Couples Therapy & Relational Support for Life in Transition

A Bit About Therapy with me
I am an HCPC Registered Counselling Psychologist (DCPsych),
with a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology
and I am a certified Couples therapist
I have been supporting Couples and Individuals for over a decade
In person in North London and online
I help individuals and couples strengthen their relationship through relocation, identity change, and life transitions.
I support couples to understand the deeper patterns beneath conflict so they can reconnect with clarity, compassion and confidence.
Using an existential and practical approach and drawing on over a decade of clinical experience with couples, alongside my doctoral research, I have developed The Five Anchors Framework to support couples in navigating change, rebuilding connection, and strengthening resilience during periods of uncertainty.
I offer in-person and online session, for individuals and couples, facilitating self-exploration and growth within a safe environment, to help you shape your future and improve relationships.
I believe conflicts and crises are an important part of life, that changes and transitions bring about growth
and new possibilities.
I work alongside my clients and together we discover the potential for growth in their difficult times, help them understand and accept their experiences and open up new ways, fresh mindsets, and realise their freedom to choose.
I work in a creative and supportive ways, I believe therapy can and should be fun!
You may be here because:
-
Since moving abroad you've grown apart and don't feel like a team.
-
You're arguing about whether to stay or return.
-
One partner adapted while the other feels left behind.
-
You're questioning your identity, home or future together.
-
You feel like you lost yourself or your relationship's strengths and stability while your family thrives.
How I work
My approach combines doctoral research, over a decade of clinical experience, and an earlier career in international HR and relationship coaching.
Together, these experiences have shaped the way I understand people, relationships and change.
While communication often plays an important role in couple therapy, I also believe lasting change comes from understanding the deeper shifts beneath the surface - changes in identity, values, expectations, roles, belonging and the way we relate to ourselves and those closest to us. Therapy provides a space to explore these patterns with curiosity, compassion and practical insight, whether they arise from relationship difficulties, major life transitions, relocation, loss or other significant experiences.
